Our MISSION at Center for Healing & Wellness is to honor God by providing health care excellence in a warm and compassionate environment. We will offer an integrative, holistic approach to medicine, striving to enhance the level of medical care in our community.
Our VISION is to see God work through us to bring healing and wellness to the people we serve.
We seek to operate on biblical principles. By doing so, we will strive to put God first, our families second, the Center for Healing and Wellness third, and ourselves last. As a business, the Center for Healing and Wellness must profit to exist, but we will not exist merely to profit.
Dr. Efaw is a board-certified family physician with special interests in nutritional medicine and preventative care. A native of South Georgia, Dr. Efaw earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed a residency in family practive at Naval Hospital Jacksonville. Dr. Efaw then served as an officer and family physician at Naval Air Station Key West. She returned to South Georgia and practiced with Family Practice Associates in Tifton and the HealthPlus clinic in Ashburn before embarking on her own. Certified by the American Board of Family Practice, Dr. Efaw is a member of the Tift Regional Medical Center Medical Staff, ACAM and is associated with numerous professional organizations.
